Shipping and Handling
\r\nOrders may ship from multiple locations via UPS, USPS and truck freight. Your\r\norder will ship in 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) from the time you\r\nplace your order. Transit time varies based on final destination and can be\r\nlocated here. Please contact customer service at 707-241-9190\r\nfor estimated costs for shipping larger shipments.
Pick up Orders
\r\nWorld Centric® offers a pick-up option for larger (bulk) orders. Please contact\r\ncustomer service at 707-241-9190, option 0 for information about picking up.
Cancellations/Change Order
\r\nCancellation requests or order changes must be submitted by email, fax or phone\r\nat 707-241-9190. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of\r\nyour order, providing your order has not been shipped. Orders are shipped 1- 2\r\nbusiness days after order confirmation.
Claims/Returns
\r\nWorld Centric® will refund damaged goods, if notified within 15 days of receipt\r\nof the goods.
Purchased goods may also be returned\r\nfor a full refund within 15 days of receipt. A Return Merchandise\r\nAuthorization (RMA) Number is required, before merchandise can be returned for\r\ncredit. Please call 707-241-9190 for a RMA number. Returned\r\nitems must be in unopened and in original packing. Shipping costs (both\r\nways) for refunds are non refundable and buyer's responsibility.
International\r\norders and shipments
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be\r\nsubject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination\r\ncountry. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import\r\ntaxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once an order ships.\r\nAdditional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
